1, Use PTFE membrane filter bag as the filter bag of carbon black production line. The bag prevents the carbon black fine particles in the filter medium entering the interior of pores, thus reducing filtration resistance and increase air flow. Because the surface of the filter bag has much microporous film and the filter bags is smooth, so that not only guarantee high efficiency filtration, but also make it is easier to remove carbon dust.

2, "selective binding" bag film development. This film structure is not completely the same due to the film backing material with the adhesive, having good initial permeability and filter cake release, can significantly improve the filtration efficiency.

3,  needle felt backing material added to the exhaust catalyst can destroy dioxins / furans at 160-260 ℃, allowing emissions to meet environmental requirements and further use of the bag containing the catalyst coating.

4, Carbon black compression molding. Japan's Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation hydraulic machine pressed into chunks or powdered carbon black weight aggregates in each 5g or more, and then use a vacuum method of plastic packaging, the use of carbon black can be the whole package into carbon black grinding mill/grinder mill. This method of packaging can either eliminate contamination may occur during transport and use, and can prevent carbon adsorption of water vapor in the air, affecting performance in the paint and black ink.
